    1. the rights and welfare of research participants are protected,
    2. the informed consent of subjects is appropriately obtained,
    3. the risks and potential benefits are carefully evaluated and
    4. that proper experimental guidelines are followed.
  • Term: 2-3 years x 5, 1 year - Student
