  • Responsibilities: A.) Study fringe benefits and other benefits and services provided for faculty and staff of the University of Florida in relation to those offered at other institutions. B.) Examine, analyze, and issue final recommendations on insurance and other benefit programs offered for consideration and implementation by the University of Florida. C.) Make recommendations to the President on the proposed benefits (including legislative actions) and/or assessment of benefits provided for the faculty and staff. D.) Report the results of fringe benefit and other related faculty and staff benefits studies to the appropriate University governing bodies.
