What is Tuition Exchange Program (TEP) and who is eligible:
Tuition Exchange, Inc. is a nonprofit national organization based in Washington, D.C. which records exchange scholarships, enrolls interested colleges and universities as members, prepares and distributes membership lists, and develops and implements policies that promote balanced exchanges. TE scholarships are granted by member institutions, not by Tuition Exchange, Inc. The officers and directors of Tuition Exchange, Inc. disclaim responsibility for any misunderstandings among applicants, participants and institutions concerning the value and duration of scholarships or circumstances which might result in early termination of such scholarships. Tuition Exchange, Inc. continues to seek ways to make TE scholarships more widely available to qualified applicants.
Who is Eligible:
The Tuition Exchange Scholarship Program provides the opportunity for dependent children of the University of Florida's full-time salaried employees (excluding OPS employees) to attend a participating TE college or university at a significant tuition reduction.
Please note that the TE program is a scholarship opportunity rather than a fringe benefit. Our office will make every effort to assist you during the application process, but we cannot predict the likelihood or guarantee the acceptance of your dependent children into the program.
