Professor Julie Johnson is the principal investigator of the grant Pharmacogenomic Evaluation of Antihypertensive Responses, which is funded for a period of five years by the NIH for a total of $11.4 million.   As principal investigator, Dr. Johnson heads the grant’s consortium, which includes The University of Texas, Houston; Emory University; the Mayo Clinic; and multiple colleges and departments within UF. Johnson is also the Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy and Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist.
