Student Experience in the Research University (SERU): Eligibility

Eligibility to Take the Survey

Students in the following categories are NOT eligible to take the SERU survey:

  • Students under the age of 18 as of March 16, 2009
  • Graduate students
  • Professional students
  • Non-degree seeking students
  • Correspondence students
  • Incoming freshmen

UF Football Ticket Lottery Eligibility

Undergraduate students must complete the SERU survey in order to be eligible to participate in the lottery for UF football tickets for Fall 2009.

If the student is an undergraduate student who is 18 or older as of March 16, 2009 and wishes to participate in the student season football ticket lottery they must:

  • Enter the football lottery through the University Athletic Association and
  • Complete the SERU survey on ISIS on or before June 5, 2009.

It does not matter in which order a student completes these two steps. This means that a student may be able to register for the football lottery without first completing the SERU survey. However, if a student registers for the football lottery but does not complete the SERU survey on or before the last day to register for the football lottery, that student will not be eligible to participate in the football lottery drawing.

You may choose not to answer particular questions and still be eligible for rewards and the football ticket lottery. However, you must complete at least 75% of the questions and click "SUBMIT" at the end in order to be eligible for rewards.

Graduate students, professional students, non-degree seeking students, correspondence students, incoming freshmen, and students under the age of 18 as of March 16, 2009 who wish to participate in the student season football ticket lottery are automatically eligible for the football lottery without taking the SERU survey. Students in these categories must enter the football lottery through the Gatorzone Ticket Office.
