  • Responsibilities: A.) Development, implementation, and administration of procedures and standards for campaign. B.) Review of applications submitted by agencies that wish to be participants in the Campaign. C.) Hearings of any organizations that may request further review if rejected for failure to meet any of the criteria set forth. D.) Recommend to the President or the President's designee inclusion of applicants in the campaign. E.) Select the fiscal agent.
